Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) thawed cool whip topping
  • Ginger Snaps
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl.  Whisk until blended.  Stir in cool whip. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.  Serve with Ginger Snaps.

This stuff is so good!  :)
