- 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tub (8 oz.) thawed cool whip topping
- Ginger Snaps
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl. Whisk until blended. Stir in cool whip. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with Ginger Snaps.
